Chris Molina started working at restaurants when he was 18. He studied hospitality, restaurant and tourism at the University of New Orleans. He has been with the Besh Restaurant Group for over eight years and opened Domenica, Johnny Sánchez and Borgne as a manager and was a manager at Lüke. While at Johnny Sánchez, he was the beverage manager, created the initial cocktail list and had the opportunity to expand his knowledge of tequila and mezcal. He is currently the general manager of PIZZA domenica and works closely with the bartenders to continuously improve and elevate their beverage program.
