chef morgan angelle
Chef Morgan Angelle grew up in Breaux Bridge, LA. Being a part of a large Cajun family, Angelle was steeped in the traditions of food, music, and culture that welcome so many into the arms of Louisiana. At 19, Angelle followed her passion for food east where she attended the Culinary Institute of New Orleans. After graduation she moved back to Breaux Bridge to run a local pizzeria. Angelle was then called to a Sous Chef, and later Executive Chef, position at Jolie’s Louisiana Bistro in Lafayette. After some time, and wanting to get back to doing what she loved most, Angelle returned to New Orleans to work under Chef Alon Shaya at Domenica and Pizza Domenica, which she now runs as Chef de Cuisine. Although making pizza is what she loves most, her current role remains true to her roots: creating community through the sharing of delicious food.
